Rooted in technology and with a career from management consulting, Søren has driven the development of workflow-to-go® to cut through cost and complexity enabling organizations to optimize processes and establish synchronized behavior patterns. Søren’s career spans over large, global organizations as IBM and Ernst & Young combined with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Moreover, Søren has 8 years experience from the management, and business development consulting firm, Trivium. Søren’s expertise has further led him to be an integral part in developing and managing innovative process methods such as the Lego Serious Play, a new process designed to enhance innovation and business performance.

Martin Frid-Nielsen, a business software and Internet services veteran, has a proven track record of creating category defining products and services for over two decades.
Most recently Martin was the Founder and CEO of Soonr, a leading business cloud service for file sharing and collaboration with over 175,000 customers. At Soonr, Martin invented early SaaS concepts relating to file access on mobile devices through the cloud, and also raised over $30M in venture funding since 2005. Prior to Soonr, Martin was VP of Products at Merant, PLC (sold to Serena for $350M in 2004), VP of Engineering at NetObjects, makers of the Fusion web-design product (IPO in 1999) and an early employee at Borland, where he worked on the flagship products Sidekick and Quattro Pro.
